Axegrinder 4: Souls of Blood

Axegrinder 4: Souls of Blood (2022) tells the story of a social worker who takes a group of non-violent criminals into the woods as part of a progressive rehabilitation program to reduce their sentences for their crimes. It seems like she has thought of everything and nothing could go wrong. However, Freddy Palmer, portrayed by MMA fighter Sam Hoger, is a deranged killer wearing a mask and enjoys decapitating anyone he lays his eyes on with his trusty axe, and he has returned to this forest.
