Callie, a single mother, and her two children, Trevor and Phoebe, face financial difficulties in their lives. In order to start anew, the family decides to leave everything behind and move to a deserted and remote farm in Summerville. However, upon their arrival, they encounter a series of mysterious events and ghostly apparitions that haunt the entire area. These occurrences instill fear in many, but Trevor and Phoebe, armed with their ghost-catching tools, embark on a hilarious ghost-hunting adventure.
