Choi Ho, a highly talented filmmaker from South Korea, started his directing career in 1998 with his debut film Bye June, which was a huge success at that time. However, his career as a director was not smooth sailing as he faced tough competition from various other filmmakers. His latest project, Big Match, released in 2014, became the biggest success in his career, receiving widespread acclaim upon its release. The film, titled Chơi Lớn in Vietnamese, falls under the action thriller genre and features a stellar cast including popular Korean stars Lee Jung Jae, Shin Ha Kyun, BoA, Lee Sung Min, Ra Mi Ran, and Kim Eui Sung. Notably, the handsome and talented Jung Jae has previously participated in blockbuster projects in Korea and has received prestigious awards. The film revolves around the character Choi Ik Ho, a former football player and UFC martial arts star known as "Zombie". Just as his career is taking off, he suddenly gets arrested by the police on suspicion of being a serial killer, and his older brother and coach mysteriously disappear. At this point, he receives an offer from Ace, a specialist in organizing real-life games for the wealthy elite. With no other options, Ik Ho reluctantly agrees to participate and follows the guidance of a mysterious woman named Soo Kyung. Will Ik Ho be able to emerge victorious in this life-or-death battle and escape from this terrifying game?
