Du Yi Heng, who bears an uncanny resemblance to the film actor Liu Dehua despite a 17-year age difference, has often been invited to stand in for Liu in his projects. However, Yi Heng has mostly been cast in supporting roles in popular projects. His latest venture, Guardian of the Palace, a web movie directed by Wei Yuhai, has allowed audiences to see Yi Heng in a more diverse light. The film, titled Sa Hai Chuc Long in Vietnamese, also features other notable names in the Chinese film industry such as Hong Tianzhao, Ngo Dia, and Bang Gu Tu. The story revolves around the journey to find the precious Kim Nguyet gemstone by Thien Nhai and Commander Phung. The tale begins in the small village of Hac Thuy, a land rumored to be rich in valuable treasures. Many have come here in search of wealth, only to leave behind their bones. Legend has it that beneath the underground palace lies the Kim Nguyet treasure, and only the teenage Thien Nhai holds the key to its location. Commander Phung, using the excuse of retrieving the treasure to save the villagers, forces Thien Nhai and Boi Nguyet to guide him on this quest.
