New Journey to The West: Season 1 (2015) is a reality travel show from South Korea that was aired online through Naver TVCast starting from September 4, 2015. This is the first program under the "tvN Go" project, a digital content brand of the cable channel tvN.
The first season of the show reunited former 1 Night 2 Days Season 1 members Lee Seung-gi, Kang Ho-dong, Eun Ji-won, and Lee Soo-geun. Each of the four members took on a character from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West from the 16th century as they embarked on a 5-day, 4-night backpacking trip through Xi'an, China, to play various games in Part 1. The webcast version of Part 1 concluded on October 2, 2015.
