Written by Soyoung Lee, the story of "SORI: Voice From The Heart" revolves around Hae-Gwan, a father played by Lee Sung Min, who embarks on a journey to find his missing daughter (Chae Soo Bin). It all starts with an intelligent artificial robot from the US named Sori, who becomes deeply involved in human conflicts. Used to route traffic messages that led to harm for a little girl, Sori decides to break free from its orbit and tries to track and help her.

Meanwhile, at a farm, a father who has lost his daughter continues his mission. It has been ten years, and everyone around him believes that his daughter is dead. However, he remains steadfast in his belief and is determined to find his "missing" daughter. The world has accepted her death a decade ago, but he cannot accept it because her body has never been found. He believes that she must still be alive somehow. One day, while searching for his daughter, he encounters a robot and sparks the idea of using this robot to find his daughter again.
